Mumbai Police ?

Today evening i was driving back from Town via Parel and in front of my car in middle of traffic jam i saw a taxi door open without realising that there was a biker passing and it hits the biker and the biker falls down

I saw the anger on the face of biker as he tried to get up we saw the guy coming out of the Taxi was a cop in uniform and I could see the biker ,s anger doubled but he could not do anything and the cop did not even bother to help him get up, forget saying sorry the cop just crossed the road and left.
